Himba
The Himba People of Northern Namibia are nomadic tribes people,they live off their cattle and the land.
They are graceful people who tackel life head on. I was fortunate enough to be invited into their coral while on one of my trips to Namibia.
Desert Elephants
Elephants are by far my favorite creature, they amaze me with there gental nature and sheer strength, I admire the tight bonds of their family units and their amazing ability to remember everything.
I have an unnatural obsession with elephants my house is covered in photographs and carvings of them.
I was lucky enough to travel to Namibia on several occasions and even more fortunate to stay at the Okheirongo Elephant lodge where much to my delight i was given the chance to photograph a week old baby desert elephant.
